This is an exceptional opportunity for a senior-level marketing leader to direct our overall marketing strategy and be a part of our top level executive team. The ideal candidate must possess a strong track record of performance excellence and accomplishment and have the ability to develop and execute powerful marketing strategies. This position is responsible for planning, organizing and managing all marketing functions to achieve Company objectives of revenue growth, profitability and strong market position.

Responsibilities include: create, implement and facilitate marketing plans to drive business development. Analyze potential markets for new and emerging growth and create marketing strategies and business models to capitalize on revenue opportunities. Develop strong relationships and successful collaborations with strategic partners (specifiers, architects, end users) to drive marketing activities that increase business and revenue. Drive the development of an effective marketing database (CRM) and campaign management tool. Provide overall guidelines for creative platforms including identity, branding, trade dress. Create programs to market products through educational enlightenment through print, video, web media, etc. Manage, motivate and inspire our team of marketing professionals to exceed expectations.

This position requires a strong business, marketing and strategic leader preferably from within the specification lighting industry. Must be a creative visionary and possess an exceptionally strong presence with polished communication/interpersonal skills. Must have a solid understanding of channels, trends, pricing, margin analysis, standards, regulations, etc. BA/BS, MBA with a concentration in Marketing, Business or Communications preferred, along with related experience in progressive marketing roles at the senior management level.
